Aqib Kadar

Aqib joined Palamon in 2018 and became and Associate Partner in 2023. He was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he was a Director working in M&A Tax. During his 13 years at PwC, Aqib supported numerous private equity firms, infrastructure funds, sovereign wealth funds and listed groups with structuring and due diligence on complex transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, refinancings and reorganisations. 

Aqib holds an ACA from the ICAEW and graduated from the University of Cambridge with an MA and MSci in Chemistry.
