Dr Richard Wolman

Dr Richard Wolman is a consultant in human resource development with a particular focus on high-performance knowledge businesses such as investment firms, trading houses and management consultancies. He began his career in medicine in South Africa before specialising in psychiatry at St George's Hospital in London and establishing a speciality in management development frameworks for entrepreneurial businesses. He has worked extensively in Europe, the Middle East and the United States. Since 2008, Dr Wolman has been working with Palamon on internal development strategies and assisting its investment team in the evaluation of portfolio company management.
