Dr Tom Sommerlatte

Dr Tom Sommerlatte is Senior Advisor of Arthur D. Little, a business in which he was instrumental in developing its European business over a twenty-year period. He is also Managing Director of Osiris MIC GmbH, an innovation consulting group in Germany. Before joining Arthur D. Little, he worked at a German research establishment developing IT-based knowledge management and artificial intelligence systems. Dr Sommerlatte serves on the board of a number of medium-sized companies in the internet and media industries. He is a member of the Economic Council of the Christian Democratic Party in Germany and author of over fifteen books on management.
