Geoff Unwin

Mr Unwin has spent most of his career in the IT services industry. Until January 2002 he was Chief Executive Officer of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, where he led the successful acquisition of Ernst & Young's consulting activities and remained a non-voting member of their Board until 2012. He is currently Chairman of Xchanging Limited, a publicly listed company providing global business process outsourcing services, Chairman of Tryzens, one of the leading UK digital solution providers to major retailers. Mr Unwin became Chairman of Palamon's Board of Advisors in January 2015; he is also a non-executive director of one of their investments, Towry Holdings, a leading UK wealth advisor. He was formerly Chairman of United Business Media plc, Halma plc and several private equity backed companies, mainly in the technology sector, including Palamon investments, OmniBus Systems Ltd and Retail Decisions plc.
